In short: LogoStamp respects your privacy. Your photos, videos and logos stay on your device. We do not collect, store or transmit any personal data.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how LogoStamp (hereinafter "the App", "we") handles your information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

2. Data Collected

LogoStamp is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect any personal data.

The App works entirely locally on your device. Specifically:

Photos and videos: your media are processed locally on your device. They are never sent to an external server.
Logos and signatures: your imported logos and handwritten signatures are stored locally on your device only.
Location: if you enable the location feature, GPS data is used solely to display the address on your photos/videos. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted.
Camera and microphone: camera and microphone access is used exclusively for taking photos and recording videos within the App. No stream is transmitted externally.

3. Purchase and Subscription Data

In-app purchases (subscriptions and lifetime purchases) are managed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card, Apple ID, etc.). Only your subscription status (active or not) is verified locally via Apple's StoreKit APIs.

4. Analytics

LogoStamp does not integrate any third-party analytics tools (no Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.). We do not track your behavior within the App.

Apple may collect certain aggregated and anonymized usage data via the App Store, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell or transmit any personal data to third parties, as we do not collect any.

6. Data Storage

All App data (settings, logos, preferences) is stored locally on your device via standard iOS storage. It is not backed up to any external server. Deleting the App will delete all this data.

7. Security

Since your data remains exclusively on your device, it benefits from iOS built-in security mechanisms (storage encryption, device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection).

8. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws, you have the following rights:

Right to access, rectify and delete your data
Right to data portability
Right to object and restrict processing

Since we do not collect any personal data, these rights are primarily exercised at your device level (deleting the App and its data).

9. Children

LogoStamp does not collect any personal data and can be used by people of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
